Lieutenant General Richard Wardlaw OBE was appointed as the first Chief of Defence Logistics and Support in October 2019, and is responsible for developing and overseeing the implementation of a cross-cutting, pan-Defence strategy for Support, a c£14-billion/annum enterprise covering every facet of Engineering and Logistic Support. The Royal Lancers is a cavalry regiment of the British Army. The regiment was formed by an amalgamation of 9th/12th Royal Lancers and the Queen's Royal Lancers on 2 May 2015.
It was delightful to return a second time to capture a new series of portraits, having visited the Regiment in 2016.
