The Royal Lancers is a cavalry regiment of the British Army. The regiment was formed by an amalgamation of 9th/12th Royal Lancers and the Queen's Royal Lancers on 2 May 2015.

Ugbana Oyet is the Serjeant at Arms. The Serjeant at Arms is responsible for keeping order within the Commons part of the parliamentary estate. There are also some ceremonial aspects to the role. Just before Covid-19 ravaged my industry and that of Actors & Entertainers. I did have the chance to express my frustration on a portrait sitting with Actor Chad Philips. Who expressed my Caravaggisti creative direction in this depiction of anger and frustration.
