DEPOSIT/HOLDING FEE & BALANCE DUE

A 50% non-refundable holding fee/deposit is required to book a session. Your balance will be due on your shoot. We accept MasterCard, Visa, American Express, Bitcoin and cash.

RESCHEDULING

Clients who wish to cancel bookings we can only offer gift vouchers and no refunds. If you wish to reschedule we need one weeks notice, or it will result in a $100 rebooking fee.

On rare super-dark and rainy days, we might have to reschedule. While we appreciate how long clients wait to shoot with us, we can't control the weather and don't ever want to compromise the quality of your images. If we have to cancel for weather related issues, we'll reschedule you as quickly as possible. Or, if you don't want to reschedule, we're happy to refund your deposit.

WEATHER RESCHEDULING

LATE ARRIVALS

If you're late for your shoot, this will result in less shoot time and fewer images/looks as we may have a client coming after you. If you're over 30 minutes late, this is considered a cancellation and will result in the forfeiture of your holding fee. There are NO exceptions to this rule.

If the voices in your head tell you not to show up, or you cancel, you will forfeit your holding fee/deposit.

NO-SHOWS

You'll receive your images within 2 business days of your shoot via a private watermarked, Gallery. Your retouched images will be presented without watermarks. If you would prefer Rory to select your headshots/portraits, their is a $50/£50 fee. Rory will schedule 30-60 minutes, working through your images, sending a key selection of the best shots.

SESSION REVIEW & PICTURES RELEASE:

For any clients under 18 years of age, a parent or legal guardian is required to be present and in visual/auditory range of their child at all times. We have a sofa in the studio lounge where you will be able to see and hear everything. Sit back on our sofa, and enjoy watching your child have laugh and have fun.

RE-SHOOTS & REFUNDS

Photographs are artistic creations. Interpretation of artistic creations is extremely subjective. Because of this, there are NO re-shoots or refunds for any reasons other than technical issues/malfunctions where the client does not receive at least 100 images in clear focus. There are NO exceptions to this rule.

HOLDING YOUR IMAGES & RETOUCHING

We will store your non retouched images on our secure online server for a four week period only. If you do not select your images for retouching within four weeks of your photoshoot, they will be deleted from our server and you will have no recourse for a reshoot or refund. If you contact us before the four week period and need more time to select we can hold your images on our server at a cost of $100 per month.

If you wish to book our Hair & Makeup Artist. The service provided on the day of your session will be a natural, versatile look to enhance your features. Hair like the makeup will be natural dry styling to accentuate facial features.

Please wash your hair the night before your session. Arrive with no makeup applied to your face. Any additional changes or any specific makeup or styling, you have in mind. Please discuss with us before your session, extra fee’s may apply.

2. Unless explicitly stated in an invoice, licensee may not use the assets in connection with an immutable digital asset intended for sale, including but not limited to non-fungible tokens. All rights not expressly granted to the licensee are reserved to company and the copyright holder. No machine learning, Al, or biometric technology use. Unless explicitly authorized in the invoice, licensee may not use the asset (S) including any caption information, keywords, or other metadata associated with content) for any machine learning and / or artificial intelligence purposes, or for any technologies designed or intended for the identification of natural persons.
